Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all skip hire bookings made with Quick Skips Falkirk.

Cancellation Before Delivery

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

After Delivery

Once a skip has been delivered, refunds are not available. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Overloaded Skips

If a skip is overloaded or contains prohibited items, additional charges may apply. These are non-refundable.

Failed Delivery

If we are unable to deliver a skip due to access issues or incorrect information provided at the time of booking, a re-delivery fee may apply. If delivery is not possible at all, a full refund of any payment made will be issued.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
